NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH has operated under its current name since October 2025. The ek robotics brand for automated guided vehicle systems will no longer be used.
The rebrand also covers the public-facing identities of the subsidiaries in Italy, the Czech Republic and the UK. Customers will continue to work with the same contacts on their projects.
Hamburg, 5 October 2026 – NEURA Mobile Robots is taking the next step in the development of its brand: Almost a year after being renamed NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH, the Hamburg-based company is updating its public-facing identity. The ek robotics brand, initially retained separately for its automated guided vehicle systems, is now being brought under the NEURA Mobile Robots name. Its subsidiaries in Italy, the Czech Republic and the UK will also present themselves under the shared brand.
With its unified brand identity, the company combines more than 60 years of experience in mobile robotics with the technological capabilities of the NEURA Group. For customers, the change above all means continuity: established teams and familiar contacts will remain in place, as will support for ongoing projects and installed systems. At the same time, the new brand identity marks the start of the next phase of development. NEURA Mobile Robots will continue to develop and deliver bespoke automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems and automation solutions for complex material flows. In addition, the company is significantly expanding its range of standardised, scalable products.
“By bringing our activities together under the NEURA Mobile Robots name, we create a clear and consistent presence for our customers across international markets,” says Andreas Lindemann, Managing Director of NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH. “Our long-standing expertise in transport robotics remains the foundation. Being part of the NEURA Group gives us further opportunities in product development and technological innovation. Alongside the complete solutions we have provided for decades, new, standardised, fully autonomous product lines will play a much greater role in future. This broadens our offering and lays the groundwork for further international expansion, particularly in Asia and the US over the longer term.”
