Overview of the process

PHASE 1 – INVENTORY & MATERIAL FLOW ANALYSIS

Our experts accompany your AGV on site, observe the processes, talk to your team, and record typical malfunctions. In the next step, we create a data-supported material flow analysis and visualize the transport routes in the CAD hall layout. This reveals bottlenecks and optimization potential.

PHASE 2 – MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

Based on the results from phase 1, we present specific optimization measures for your AGV system in the management workshop. The focus is on the proposed projects and the associated budgets, which are based on the previously observed potential and optimization requirements. PHASE 3 – IMPLEMENTATION AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING
